Last saturday we (ie the IFIL board) convened in a gorgeous conference facility near Berne to do some medium- and long-term planning and to discuss how we can further improve our work. Lüku and Nina, who are both abroad at the moment, joined us by phone for important decisions - talk about being a globally active organization!

After having improved a couple of things with regards to how we organize ourselves internally we are now in a consolidation phase. So don't expect any dramatic changes in anything we do :) BUT, we've got a couple of very neat ideas up our sleeves which we'll implement over the next couple of months.
