I am originally from Switzerland but I grew up in different African countries. I studied my bachelor degree in Geneva in Socioeconomics and continued a master degree in London in Environmental Technology. My choices were oriented by the fact that I am very interested to participate in projects linked to water issues in developing countries. In fact, I had the chance to work as an intern at the GIZ (German Cooperation for Development) in Burundi on water quality in Burundi region. Through involvements, exchanges and immersion into new cultures it allows having a boader vision on actual concerns and sharing this experience is very enriching. Intercultural relations remains very important and more specifically the link between Zambia and Switzerland can offer a unique opportunity.

I am originally from Congo DRC and Angola, but I was born and I grew up in Geneva. I have always liked travelling and getting lost in a culture, which is not mine. It feels to me like a good way to learn things I do not have any ideas of. I graduated from Geneva University in socioeconomics in 2011. Afterwards, I took some time off to intern in an agro-ecological project based in Burkina Faso before to enrol for a Master’s degree in Political Economy of Development at the School of Oriental and African Studies in London. Since I graduated from my Master’s, I have been working as an intern at the International Centre for Trade and Sustainable Development. Currently, I am working as a project assistant at the Geneva Summer Schools. I believe that traveling opens people’s mind and lead to a wider acceptation of difference.
